It is a holy time for the Muslim devote all over the globe and it also serves as a lifetime opportunity for some, to embark on the scared trip to Mecca; the holy pilgrimage that holds annually and is a great honor for Muslims.
Muslim pilgrims have trooped in millions and as the photo above shows, they gather around the holy Kaaba during the ritual pilgrimages of Haj and Umrah at the Grand Mosque, during the annual haj pilgrimage in Mecca September 26, 2014.
Over 3 million pilgrims are expected in the holy city of Mecca this year.
