Adidas, the official kit supplier of the national teams and the leading kit manufacturers in the world, has unveiled the new jersey of Nigeria’s national football teams in style.
The kit makers rolled out the new shirt in their ‘show your colours or fade away’ theme.
Warri Wolves defender, Azubuike Egwuekwe, Liverpool FC winger, Victor Moses, Gbolahan Salami and John Mikel Obi were the models for the Adidas unveiling.

The Super Eagles are expected to first wear the jersey in next Wednesday’s international friendly match against the El Tricolor of Mexico in Atlanta, USA, and subsequently at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Meanwhile, the lemon green jersey, is already raising eyebrow because of its choice of colour instead of the traditional leaf green associated with Nigeria, while others have questioned the choice of a red ink for the numbering of the white away shirt.
