The woman held him down until police arrived, only to find out that the man was a teacher, who just finished having s*x with her teenage son.
The music teacher of Texas, has been arrested for sexually assaulting the 15-year-old boy, who he met on the gay dating app Grindr, according to police.
43-year-old Roger Kessler allegedly told police that he had s*x with the boy four times and had used protection three of those times.
However, Kessler admitted that he never informed the boy of his HIV status.
Kessler taught music at RISD Academy in Richardson for 14 years, but was placed on administrative leave over the incident.
The school sent home a note to inform the parents of the issue. The school also told parents that the 15-year-old victim was not from their school.
Kessler was booked into the Collin County Jail. His bond was set at $250,000.
