Nigeria’s under-20 men’s football team will play their Moroccan counterpart in a two-legged friendly match in Casablanca on April 9 and 11.
The friendly is part of the team’s preparation for the 2015 African Youth Championship (AYC) qualifier against the winners of that between Kenya and Tanzania in May.
Flying Eagles spokesman Samm Audu told MTNFootball.com that a 20-man delegation of the side departs Nigeria for Morocco on Sunday, April 6.
Coach Manu Garba has already invited 35 players- most of whom competed with the Golden Eaglets at last year’s World Youth Championship (WYC) in the United Arab Emirate (UAE)- to the Flying Eagles camp in Abuja.
The AYC tournament is scheduled for March in Senegal.
