A car, with three adults and three children, was abandoned after it fatally struck a Dallas pedestrian last night. Witnesses claimed that the Ford Crown Victoria was speeding past a red light before hitting the victim.
The driver is facing charges of manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid. Police then found all 6 suspects at the Dallas Area Rapid Transit station.
The victim Rudy Luna passed away moments later at the University Hospital.A $5,000 reward can be achieved for information on fatal hit-and-run incident.
