Spanish giants Real Madrid look to have snapped up winger Marco Asensio from Real Mallorca.
The 18-year-old, who has been linked with a move to Premier League champions Manchester City, has told Spanish radio station Cadena SER he has agreed to move to the Santiago Bernebeu.
“I’ve decided to go to Real Madrid and I’m very happy. I’m proud that big clubs watch me and Real Madrid is the best club. The agreement is for five seasons, it’s a moment to savour.”
He added: “I’m keen to seal the deal so we can all relax, the club, me and Real Madrid”.

Meanwhile Real manager Carlo Ancelotti told reporters on Monday that Asensio will join the European champions next summer.
“Asensio is a good player and we will try to have him by our side this summer, but not in January,” Ancelotti said in a press conference ahead of Cornella’s visit to the Bernebeu in the a Copa del Rey.
