Rivers Council Chair Kidnapped

The problem of insecurity in Rivers State came to the fore on Saturday as the Chairman of Ahoada East caretaker, Cassidy Ikegbudu, was abducted by unknown gunmen.

Mr. Ikegbudu was kidnapped earlier today, the state police spokesperson, Ahmad Muhammad, confirmed.
