Caf Confirms Egyptian Referees for Nigeria Crucial Afcon Match in Congo

The Confederation of African Football (Caf) has named Egyptian Ghead Zagzol Grisha as Centre Referee for Nigeria penultimate 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifier against Congo in Point Noire.


Grisha will be assisted by compatriots Tahssen Abo El Sadat Beyder (assistant referee 1), Ahmed Abou Elela (assistant referee 2) and Mahmoud Ashor (reserve referee)during the match in Congo’s Atlantic City.


Cameroonian Aboubakar Alim Konate has been named as Match Commissioner while Naciri Abdelali from Morocco will serve as Security Officer, according to Caf.


Caf has also disclosed that the crucial match will start at 3:30pm Congo time (2:30pm Nigerian Time).
